Blacks Locksmith offers Australia-wide shipping on all eligible items through Australia Post.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all eligible orders over $150.00. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout and is subject to the same exclusions listed below.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Metro areas: 1 to 5 business days
• Regional areas: 2 to 10 business days

Shipping Rates

For orders under $150.00:

• Australia Post Standard Post — from $11.00
• Australia Post Express Post — from $16.00

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Exclusions & Local Delivery

The following items are excluded from standard Australia Post shipping:

• Dangerous goods
• Locations outside Australia Post serviceable areas

Safes are not shipped via Australia Post. Safes are available for local delivery within our service area only. Please contact us at info@blackslocksmith.com.au to confirm your location and arrange delivery.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return.

How to return

Email info@blackslocksmith.com.au before you send anything back. Once we approve the return, we send you a return label and where to send it.

What we accept

Unused and undamaged, in the original packaging with tags, with your receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

Costs

Return postage is paid by you, and the original shipping isn't refunded. If the item matches its description but doesn't suit your job, a 35% restocking fee applies, so ask us before you buy if you're unsure.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Damaged or wrong item? Contact us straight away.
