Shipping policy
We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post, from our Beenleigh store.
Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. If an item needs to be ordered in from our supplier, we'll let you know how long it will take. We'll email your tracking number when it's on the way.
Delivery options and times
- Standard Post: from $11.00, free over $150. 2–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Post: from $16.10. 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Pick up in store: free. We'll email you when it's ready.
The cost is worked out at checkout from the weight of your order. Delivery times are Australia Post's estimates and can be longer for remote areas and in busy periods.
Pick up from 3/80 City Road, Beenleigh QLD 4207, Mon–Fri 8:30am–4:30pm.
Larger orders
Orders over 5 kg can't be booked online. Email info@blackslocksmith.com.au or call (07) 3382 0755 for a quote.
Safes
Safes aren't sent by post. We deliver and install them within our service area. Contact us to check your location and book a time.
Batteries
Remotes are sent with their battery fitted, which Australia Post allows by air and road. We don't post loose spare batteries.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel is damaged, lost, or hasn't arrived in the expected time, contact us and we'll sort it out with Australia Post.
