Will it fit in my cupboard?
Check the outside size under Specifications. Then allow another 50 mm for the lock, handle and hinges, plus room for the door to swing open. If you're not sure, call us before you buy and we'll check it with you.
Can it be bolted down?
Yes. There are four recessed bolt-down points inside the safe, and it can also be fixed through the back as an option. Our delivery service can put it in place and bolt it down for you.
What is the fire rating?
Every HS safe has 30 minutes of fire protection.
What does the cash rating mean?
The cash rating, shown under Specifications, is a guide to the value the safe is suited to hold. That means cash and also other valuables like jewellery. “Unsupported” means the safe on its own, with no monitored alarm backing it up. Your insurer decides what they will cover, so check with them.
What lock does it come with?
An Italian-made Tecnosicurezza digital lock as standard. If you'd prefer a combination (dial) lock or a key lock, give us a call to order one. The safe has a universal lock footprint, so the lock can also be changed later.
Can the door open the other way?
Yes. A left-hand hinged door is available as a special order. Give us a call to arrange it.
Can it be delivered to me?
Yes. We deliver locally across Brisbane and Logan. For other areas we can arrange delivery to your address, which is usually kerbside drop-off. Moving it inside is then up to you, or we can organise someone to do it. Contact us before you buy and we'll give you a quote.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every HS safe comes with the manufacturer's warranty, and you can extend it. Ask us for the details.
